Dr. Ripal Patel, DMD

just now I just had the WORST experience with Dr. Ripal Patel and his team today. My children have been patients for over 10 years of Greenberg Dental. My son is in extreme tooth pain and I reached out to them. His insurance has lapsed so he is not currently covered. They said over the phone that they would help to bring him in as an emergency and work a payment plan. I show up at 8am today and after evaluating him Dr. Patel states he needs an emergency procedure. To do so he needed me to pay today out of pocket $1,000 and then payment for the rest. I explained I was unable to do so much I could just pay now just a portion. Over the phone they stated that they could help. He offered $560 instead and only for partial treatment. Once again i explained i could not. That my child is in pain to please help him. They refused to do anything and all this time I am speaking to a nurse that cannot even explain the treatment correctly to me. Dr. Patel doesn't even have the decency

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Patel. The staff was welcoming; his bedside manner was great and he did a thorough and effective job of assessing my teeth and reassured of my concerns. I always get nervous about dental appointments and he helped calm my nerves! Great dentist - would bring my whole family here!
