Dr. Riyaz Gangji, DDS

I want to talk about my experience in this dentistry with Dr. Ganji. I have been a patient of this Dr. since three years ago. I was not satisfied during these years since the staff (Jenna and Stacey) at this dentistry are really irresponsible and very rude, I could change my dentist, but it was not worth it since my profile was there. Now I will talk about my implant experience there since it is the bold one. I paid the full price of my implant in December 2021, but I was done with it today! which is April 2022. When I went to him for my second appointment, he forgot about my case (he had to order some parts for that), and I came home with nothing done with my teeth. Then I went to him after he ordered that part, but again during this visit, he and his assistant (Jennifer) forgot to put something back in my teeth (something called cap in implant procedure). After one week, I noticed that there was something wrong, and my gum was getting closed. So I called him and described my situatio

I first saw Dr. Gangji in the early 80's after moving to the area and needed immediate attention. His office was closed that week, but when I called, they told me to come right in. He has always been available to answer questions, discuss treatment, and listen to my concerns. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else.

Dr. Gangi is the absolute best! So friendly, patient, thorough, accommodating, detail oriented and amazing at what he does. He worked with me to get my desired results when having a cosmetic procedure done, and I could not be happier with how they turned out. He put all my anxieties at ease by explaining everything, made sure I was happy, and in return greatly exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the work was fine. The billing was wrong. This office required payment in full up front and then billed my insurance. I requested a statement of my account. They refused at first to provided a statement. It took multiple requests over a period of months to receive a copy. They did not refund me in full the amount paid by the insurance. I turned it into the insurance to be investigated. After a full investigation by the insurance co., I was finally refunded a year later.

From simple cleanings to complex procedures like implants, Dr. Gangji and his staff provide excellent dental care. High attention to detail and a focus on quality are always noticeable during appointments.
