Dr. Robert Blumenthal, DMD

There's a reason this guy has so many 1 star ratings. I was in for some veneers and this clown starts a root canal without my permission or telling me what he was doing until he started. The work put me over the top of what my insurance would pay for even though I specifically said upfront that I could not go past that amount that calendar year. He kept calling me by the wrong name even though I corrected him more than once and I ended up having a different dentist finish the work. Easily my worst dental experience ever.

Doctor is very Rude and sent a claim into my insurance for a bite splint which I did not need just to get the insurance money for it. Later I received a bill for the mouth piece that I never received or asked to have. Also office is very out dated looked dirty especially floors and counters. Didn't care for his staff either.

I was visiting Illinois on a weekend and had a major tooth problem. I was referred to Dr. Blumenthal who I learned has weekend office hours. This dentist was by far the best I have had !! He took the time for my situation and was honest. He told me that I could have removed my tooth but he did what he could to save it. I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr. B is a great guy and I highly recommend him to friends and family!!
