I had a very good experience. Buchanan Dentistry cares for people. They are family-centered and have a relaxed friendly atmosphere. You are welcomed when you walk through the door and become a part of the Buchanan Signature family. The patients are a part of an extended family at Buchanan Signature Dentistry. Dr. Buchanan listens to his patients, explains/answers questions & takes the time to address any issues or concerns they may have. Even at my last visit (in July 2019), when asked, he agreed to explore an upgrade (and get info) on the Waterpik Waterflosser device because technology has advanced since it was first introduced to the public. This is just one example of "going the extra mile" for the patient which makes a positive difference.
