The best dental experience ever. Very professional Great communication Staff was very polite Can't imagine a better dentist

I was NOT impressed by the COVID protocols in his office. During the height of the epidemic, patients were allowed to sit together, unmasked, in the waiting room. Staff in the reception area were wearing masks, but only part of the time (under the chin doesn't count). The hygienists wore their masks around patients, but I saw some go without masks in the hallway. I expected better from a team of health care professionals. I've been a patient here for years, but have recently changed dentists as a result. I would prefer to see a dentist who doesn't take chances with my health or with the health of his staff.

I have been using Dr. Chianelli and his office for years. I love how up-to-date his office is and how cutting edge his practice is. His hygienists are personable, accommodating, and professional. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely horrible experiences!! Overpriced and very rude to patients when involving money! It is all this office cares about! Very unprofessional and rude office manager.. They also just give you an estimate they think you owe after insurance pays and they do not care if it is an over estimate, they still make you pay same day and will reimburse you later on, instead of waiting to see what insurance covers then billing you. There estimates are $100 or more off.. Terrible terrible dental office

Dr. Chianelli s the best dentist I have ever been to. He is a very talented dentist. I recommend him to everyone.
