Dr. Robert Eric Jorgensen, DDS

I would avoid Remarkable Smile and Dr. Payne at all costs, horrible medicine! Since Dr. Payne has taken over for Dr. Jorgensen things have gone downhill fast. Dr. Payne is rude, dismissive, accusatory and overall an awful dentist. My entire family has seen Dr. Jorgensen for years, we used to live in Issaquah and moved pretty far east, but always made the drive for Dr. Jorgensen. After the switch I have seen Dr. Payne myself a few times and my kiddo has seen him twice now. The first time was fairly traumatic for my kiddo, they always had a good experience and learned to like and trust the dentist with Dr. Jorgensen, however Dr. Payne wouldn't listen to my kiddo, when my kiddo said the procedure was hurting, or asked the dentist to stop, they were ignored and told not to raise their hands or talk. My kiddo said the entire procedure was painful with Dr. Payne, that they were not numbed enough, and they were not listened too, but they only had positive things to say about Dr. Jorgensen.

Dr. Jorgensen has been my family dentist for 4 years. He is great with teenagers and works well with pain-fearing adults.
