This is a small office. They called me to confirm my daughters appointment. I asked them to call my daughter directly to confirm her own appointment (she is an adult). They agreed to call her but never did. They call me 10 minutes after her appointment start time and said it is too late for her to come in even though my daughter offered to drive right over. The insisted they called and insisted my daughter was lying even though I have a record of all her calls.
