I Am currently having full implants done, getting close to getting the meat eaters put in! I received very good pricing but as far as I am concerned the office staff and Dr Heller treat me like family and even if I was paying top dollar I couldn't ask for better care.

They did not tell me they don't take dental insurance even though I gave them my insurance information before making appointment. They let me go thru the whole process, appt, x-rays, consult with doctor, before telling me they don't take insurance but expect patient to pay entire amount up front and get reimbursed by their own insurance, even trying to charge me for unneeded services, which they said they'd refund two weeks after surgery. Prices are higher than negotiated/allowed amount.

Wonderful, compassionate office!!! DR. Heller is very knowledgeable and caring! Felt very comfortable and trusting after one visit!! Would highly recommend this office!!
