Dr. Robert Henry, DDS

I had questions regarding a silver cap vs a tooth colored composite filling or crown for my child and when I presented the questions to “Dr.Bob” he spoke to me like an uneducated fool. He couldn’t have been any more rude even degrading. To the point of raising his voice with me and making the comment “if this were my grandchild the procedure would be done this way regardless if You liked it”. Come to find out my questions were completely rational and a tooth colored crown was a very common option and could have been preformed. Obviously not his preferred method. The office staff seemed very kind and pleasant but Dr “Bob” Robert needs absolutely not interact with patients, certainly children. As a professional and a medical provider speaking to people the way he felt acceptable speaking to me is by far unacceptable.
