My kids will NEVER see Dr. Kilareski (Dr. Bob) again. Yrs ago, my son complained that Dr Bob was completing dental work before he was numb. My son told Dr. Bob that it hurt and was essentially told to suck it up. I confronted Dr. Bob, he apologized, the end. Years later (2016) my youngest daughter asked for a new dentist because Dr. Bob is mean. My daughter said that he hurts her, yells at her and doesn't listen to her when she cries and says it hurts. Parents can't go back too so we are done.
