Dr. Robert Olan, DDS

Dr. Olan was very patient with me and my concerns. He answered all my questions and worked with my medical problems. He was correct when he said he wants to make sure I'm not in pain and I wasn't. Unfortunately I put off the periodontist because of horror stories, which meant he had to do extensive work. I can not agree with those stories. He made me comfortable through each visit. I would definitely recommend Dr. Olan to my friends.

he only reading the number of every single tooth instead of consultation in 10 -15 seconds .., and is not a nice doctor at all

Dr. Olan is a professional and knowledgeable. He explained the procedure and what would happen after. He followed up with me the day after the procedure and was genuinely interested in my well being. His assistant and staff were kind and easy to work with.

Dr. R. Olan was very professional first time meeting him for consultation. He took time to explain what needed to get done on my periodontal issues. Unfortunately, his staff were not professional. Initial experience with staff’s inefficiency was when I attached on the clipboard the dental information card from my dentist with the forms for new patients. The receptionist said I did not submit when Dr. Olan asked for it. Second, my X-ray which I personally hand delivered to the Whitestone branch sat in the office for more than a month. They were supposed to submit to my insurance for approval. Nothing submitted according to my insurance. I wasted more than a month waiting for my appointment so dental work can get started. The staff said they do not have my xray. I drove 45 minutes for nothing. Dr. Olan, you should know about this. I am having my dental work done somewhere else.

Dr. Olan is an excellent doctor, unfortunately his office staff is rude, unprofessional and inept. I have never experienced anything like this - shocked that they get away with this.

I had an implant by Dr. Olan a few weeks ago and the experience was very positive. He made sure the area was numb and he explained everything to me as he went along. I can highly recommend Dr. Olan!

Dr. Olan is an outstanding Doctor. He explains the procedures, what to expect and it works exactly as he said. I had a tooth extraction and a bone implant two weeks ago and a follow-up visit on 10/10/2019. I have experienced no pain or discomfort and all is well. I have been going to him for a few years and he is and remains excellent as a Doctor and a kind person. Thank you Dr. Olan from a grateful patient.

Just came from an amazing visit with Dr. Olan. I had an extraction and and implant all within and hour and a half with absolutely no discomfort. Outstanding chair side manor along with being very informative and clear about the process. Thank you Dr. Olan and staff.

I keep having to call for the last 7 weeks, asking for the $100 you owe me. Calls are never returned, and when I get through I get lied to. First was we didn't get the check to I'll having the billing person take care of this, to the accountant hasn't come in. 2 months and no relief. I paid in full in August, but you required my insurance to pay you.

Dr Olan explained everything to me ,he was gentle,and friendly.He is a VERY GOOD DENTIST.He made my time with him very comfortable.He saved my teeth.THANK YOU,Dr Olan.

Dr. Orlan is terrific. Tells you what to expect, does a great job, follows-up, painless and very gentle.

Dr.olan is an excellent dentist. He is very professional, thorough and friendly. He has a soft touch that makes each visit as painless as possible!

We agreed on a price for two implants and the abutment ant at the end he did not give me the abutment as promised. When I explained my dentist was going to charge me $1000.00 he shrugged his shoulders and said yes then walked into the next patients room. Then two weeks later he had the audacity to send me a bill for addition money when everything was paid in full at the very beginning.He seems very nice and upfront but he truly lives up to the expression a sheep in wolves clothing.

October 2017 Ten stars for this great Periodontist-five won’t suffice! Dr. Olan is painless and a true professional. His chair side manner is phenomenal. His staff are personable and efficient. The office is immaculate. I had a double procedure:An implant and osseous surgery same day.. I was sent home with explicit written instructions and everything explained by Dr OLAN- perfection, In addition, The office staff called me to see how I was doing,, Superb experience,

Dr. Olan helped me save my teeth! My gums were in VERY POOR condition when I first met the good doctor and his team. I was in dire need of deep cleaning and scaling followed by ossseous surgery. Dr.Olan was extremely caring in his work, assuring that I was pain free through the procedures and afterwards also. He explained every part of the procedure to me as he worked, all the while making sure that I was comfortable. His caring staff made sure I remained both pain and anxiety free! Excellent!
