Excellent
Came to Dr Paolini after a horrible experience with another oral surgeon. He is kind thorough. Did three implants and I had no bleeding and no pain. Excellent follow up too.

Wonderful and goes above and beyond!
Third son just had his four impacted wisdom teeth out and Dr. Paolino was terrific in every way, even better than the 2 other surgeons my older kids went to. My son had a little more pain on third day, which was Friday, and Dr Paolino checked him out to ensure no dry socket (there were none) and for our peace of mind over the weekend! He didnt have to do this but he is very professional and conscientious! Also, staff was nothing but pleasant and courteous.

Where do I start
Initial meeting was pleasant but nothing went great after that. 2 times I made an appointment and both times I had to wait. Then after already being called in, I was sent back out to the waiting room because equipment was being uses. Excuse me! Did I make an appointment or didn't I? If you schedule me and you know I am going to be on your equipment then WHY IS SOMEONE ELSE THERE? The DR also diagnosed that I had another issue where I needed additional test that cost me hundreds. I came to find out it was nothing. I am ok with thoroughness and raising the flag if something doesn't look right but this was a flat out misdiagnoses I felt as though if he even had a slight chance to send you away instead of proceeding with your appointment, he would. In fact it just happened to another family member, who I also told that I wouldn't go there. No No No.

Had a mucocele removed from my mouth (large cyst). Had very attentive treatment and pain free numbing. The whole experience was great and I could tell he was very proficient surgically. Would go back

Office staff horrible. Did not take the time to go over financial plan and charged full payment at time of service before going thru insurance. If you get seen by this schmuck make sure you bring your credit card! And waited 1 hour before being seen. Don’t want your services. I’d rather go somewhere else!

I'm not sure what happened on other reviews but my experience was great. I'm sure many are anxious about seeing an oral surgeon but Dr. Paolino was very professional and put me at ease. I had several visits and everyone of them was great. Aftercare was perfect and his staff was very courteous and accomadating. May I add numbing was pain free too!!!!. I definitely would recommend Dr. Paolino.

If you care about friendly bedside manner, steer clear of Dr. Paolino. He chastised me multiple times for making a mistake on my medical form, just minutes before surgery. However, the correction was on three other forms in my binder. If he had taken the time to review those there would not have been a problem. Normally this would not bother me. However, I found his behavior to be unprofessional and simply uncalled for, especially before surgery.

Horrible experience. He's not a "real" doctor. Acts like he's a medical doctor and he's not. He's a glorified dentist. Horrible bedside manner. Belittled staff in front of me. Didn't know what to do with my dental problem, so he told me to come back in 2 weeks and to "give it time". I went to another oral surgeon a week later -- I had a massive abscess that he missed. Pompous dentist.
