I love Dr Perrott, not his office staff. I was offered fluoride varnish which is an optional service. Although it wasn't necessary I told them IF insurance covered it, do it. Office girl checked and assured me that our insurance covered it, until I got the bill. It was over $100!! I called to try and resolve the issue but office staff wasn't helpful at all, basically said pay the bill. Let that go but then had issue w/a missed appointment charge, that was it. I switched dentists.
