Dr gave me options I decided on root canal to avoid having it done later. It makes the experience quite enjoyable. By the time he gets done talking you will feel like you have known him forever. Very happy with the results.

I was referred by my primary dentist for a root canal. I was completely dreading the root canal, however Dr. Schmidt and his assistant were very kind & compassionate. I felt at ease throughout the entire procedure. I must confess I am a scaredy cat when it comes to pretty much any & all dental work & did not experience any pain or discomfort at any time during my root canal. I am grateful for the care I received! They were prompt with appointment time & I didn't feel like they were trying to rush thru procedure. I was pleased with the customer service as information packet was sent immediately after my appointment was scheduled and appreciated the appointment confirmation call the day prior. My procedure was thoroughly explained to me & was impressed that Dr. Schmidt paused prior to prelimary test to phone my primary dentist with questions before preceding. In this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, I would like to extend a sincere thank you for the wonderful care I received!

I like this guy!! He's funny and relatable. Been there twice now. Going again next week. I highly recommend Dr. Schmidt!!

Dr. Schmidt did a root canal for me. He was very professional, did an outstanding job. He is very personable, and I enjoyed my interaction with him. I would not hesitate to visit Dr. Schmidt again should I need endodontic care, and I have recommended him without reservation to friends and family.

Mr. Schmidt is very unprofessional. Do Not trust him or their billing system. do not pay cash for anything. They sent us a bill 1 year after we were there stating that we owe $ and they are sending to collections with no other invoices or notices. This is not legally correct, they have to send an official notice giving you time to pay before they automatically send to collections. which they did not and the bill was actually pay. Avoid this Doctor and North Central Endodontics at all cost.

I was referred to a different Endodontist originally, but after reviews I determined that wasn't the place I needed to go. Dr Schmidt was the second referral that I received from my general dentist. Dr. Schmidt was the right choice! He was personal, great chairside manner, a down to earth easy going person, and honest. After he reviewed my xrays, he determined that a root canal was not my answer. He shared his thoughts on what my next step should be. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Schmidt.

This Doctor and his team of nurses were fantastic. They made me feel right at home. He was thorough in explaining the root canal procedure (it was my first time) and it was a piece of cake.
