He pushes expensive dental work
He was always pushing crowns on us because we had insurance. Half of my crowns fell out a few times. He told my wife that she needed to get a crown for all of her teeth and gave her an estimate, we have never been told by other dentists that we need so many crowns. He didn't seem to examine my teeth to see if I had a cavity, only wanting to sell us crowns.

My Crown came off.
They made an appointment for me right away due to the urgency of my crown coming out. He glued it in however, the pen was loose so I had to go back. He took the pen out, put something more reliable in there and glued my tooth down perfectly. And he did this at no charge. I like his personality. I like how he is with his staff and how he continues to teach them. Very very thankful I found Dr.Swanson.

Excellent service every time I go!
I was in today for routine cleaning. They always on time got me out by 8:30am. Always ask if I am having any problems and always willing to help solve any issues! Been going to this office several years! Always tell friends and family to call and make appointment! One word describes them Awesome!!!!

Dr Bob and his staff were very nice and welcoming. I never had to wait long to be seen. I would recommend Dr Bob and his staff that wanted excellent, affordable dental care.

Tried to talk me into filing down my perfectly good, healthy, decent looking teeth to get veneers so he could make money. Never went back.

Dr. Swanson is truly one of a kind! He only wants perfection for his patients and takes the time to make sure it's that way! Everyone in that office honestly cares about you and you're treated as a person, not just a mouth!

Dont go to Dr. Swanson! This guy is total Jerk! And that's the nicest thing I can say about him. He is full of himself and loves to criticize and yell at patients. I went to him two years ago and never went back. On the urging of a friend, I gave this dentist another chance. He immediately started telling me how mad he was, as he was pointing to his face to reassure me he was really mad. Then he started yelling obscenities. This guy is a real Jerk! Stay away is my best advise

I would highly recommend Dr. Swanson and staff. They make you feel comfortable and enjoy being at the dentist. They address minor problems before they become major problems. Dr. Bob, Andrea, Brianna and the whole gang are amazing!

This dentist is arrogant, moody and over-opinionated. Thinks he's cool swearing and making offensive comments while you're his captive audience in his chair. His assistant seems to be trying to impress him by being bossy and condescending to patients as well. Both have very poor people skills / listening skills. In fairness most of his other staff are very nice and accommodating, he must pay well because I certainly wouldn't work for him.

I called Dr. Swanson's office for an emergency appointment because I had broken a front tooth. I was told to come in within the hour and was seen promptly upon arrival and check-in. Dr. Swanson was personable, pleasant, and professional. He was able to repair the tooth with bonding and it looked better than it did before it broke. This was about two years ago, and unlike other bonding done by my own dentist in Charlotte, has not chipped or broken at all since Dr. Bob's excellent work.
