Shady Financial Practice
Doctor will pressurize you to make full payments at the start and say that insurance will reimburse you while fully knowing that the insurance does not want to work with him due to his shady billing. DO NOT GO to this dentist. I will be filing a NYC311 complaint shortly.

BEWARE. Dr. Zarabi took a $6,000 deposit from me upfront. He did $1,000 worth of work AND billed my insurance. When I told him I did not wish to complete the work with him he REFUSED to give me the remained of my deposit and then told me that because I was not going to finish the dental work with him I OWED him money! ? He is truly an evil person who yelled and me and tried to gaslight me. Had to go to small claims court to get my money back. I wish I'd never made that initial appointment.

I first went to see Dr. Zarabi Feb 2019 for scaling and root planing and six months later Nov 2019 for a second scaling and root planing. I found Dr. Zarabi to be very professional in explaining the procedure to me and the further procedures that he deemed necessary for my specific dental care. He is very caring in his demeanor and based on my two visits to him I would recommend him to anyone needing periodontal work as well as many more procedures that he is qualified in. Satisfied patient.
