Dr. Rohini Agarwal, DMD

This particular dentist performed dental work at Jefferson Dental in NRichland Hills on January 9, 2024. Five cavities were filled. After the anesthesia wore off, I experienced pain and was unable to eat on the affected side of my mouth. I returned to the location and discovered that the dentist had resigned. Another dentist examined my mouth and suggested that my bite was off. He advised that if I continued to experience discomfort after a week, it was possible that my tooth was fractured during the filling procedure.The filling procedure itself was problematic. The dentist left me unattended to assist another patient in the middle of my procedure. The anesthesia wore off, and Dr. Agarwal had to re-numb my mouth before forcing metal crown-like objects over the tooth during the filling process of the procedure, which may have caused damage. There was more to this situation and I am now seeking further assistance to address this matter.

Very friendly, very caring, very through both in the process and explanation of the procedure. My 1st time with this dental clinic. Went in for x-rays and cleaning after neglect of many years compliment of American medical insurance fiasco. Could not have choosen a better clinic.

I moved to Portland recently from San Diego where I had a dentist for 20 years. It's hard to switch dentists after having one for so long, Definition Dental made me feel very relaxed and secure and I have had a very good experience coming here.

Dr. Agarwal and her staff at definition dental are an outstanding team. Smiles on everyones faces and friendliness makes me feel at ease from all my dental anxieties. Coming here i immediately felt welcome at the desk. I never felt pressured into getting the most expensive fix. Genuine people who really want to help me keep my teeth clean and healthy.

Dr Agarwal and all the staff here are cheerful, efficient, caring and gentle. Appointments are always on time, and yet you never feel rushed when it is your turn. If you have any dental anxiety, you would feel calm here!

Dr. Agarwal and her assistant, Lisa filled six cavities for me today . This was something I've been dreading but they made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process and made me wonder why I was ever nervous. They constantly checked on me to make sure I was doing ok and I never felt any pain. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental work.

I have been coming here since I was a kid, I'm 24 now, and we used to have a different dentists but when doctor Agarwal took over she's been nothing but wonderful. I will be coming here for many years to come.

I like it here because I was able to address my issues in a timely manner according to my pay periods. It is nice when considerations are in place, showing that they have a good sense of life being a different situation for each individual. I'd definitely recommend coming here for cleanings or like I did, a chipped tooth :)

Dr. Agarwal is very kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain why we need to do the procedure(s). She's proactive in looking for changes as they occur, and advises when it's time to take care of the development, or situation - whatever it is. She's gentle and kind. Her staff is excellent as well.
