This man illegally cashed an insurance check that was supposed to go to myself and has been holding it hostage for 5 months during COVID. I have called multiple times, I have had my insurance call, and other providers. He refuses to send me a check. So unethical! Horrible man!

I have been going to Dr K since my daughter was a little girl and we have been very happy going there ever since. I always recommend him on social media and when I have a friend asking for a dental referral.

Horrible, his staff is great but he is never on time especially when you are the first patient of the day. He strolls in late complaining of the traffic - every time. Then he botched my procedure and I had to go to a specialist who couldn’t fix the damage. Office is dirty, with 20year old carpeting. Who puts carpet in a doctors office?? Gross.

What a nightmare. All the equipment is outdated, he is always late with a million excuses, office has dirty old carpeting and I had a procedure done that was a mess. Had to go find another oral surgeon to fix the damage that now couldn't be fixed.

I have changed dentists because he is not in my network for my insurance company. He said he's relocating. I'm calling to find out his new address, and he's not calling me back. The new dentist wants the address of my previous dentist. So he's not very cooperative.

To Whom It May Concern: I am writing to you in hope of explaining my story so that this dentist may be further reviewed and future patients may not be impacted in the capacity that I was. My dentist information is as follows: Dr. Ronald J. Klinkowize 15 Corporate Dr. Trumbull, CT, 06611 I began seeing Dr. K in 2012. In 2012 I started completing my cleanings there and did an extraction. Dr. K recommended Dr. Michael Sonic to complete oral surgery on my gums and have implants put in. Fast forward to 2014 Dr. K was responsible for making my removable dentures using my 9 implants. He made the 1st set of dentures which took 2 years to complete. After the first set of dentures was completed I began to experience a very traumatic situation where my dentures would break every 2-3 weeks. This process lasted for 5 years. In the 5 years that Dr. K continued to serve me he cancelled 95 appointments that we had made using the reasoning that the lab didn’t get to him in time. I consistently n

Dr. K's kind, caring demeanor and actions have literally been lifesaving for my husband. His office staff is friendly, courteous. We never wait more than a couple of minutes. I would without hesitation recommend Dr. K.
