Dr. Thomas saved my tooth! I reached out to her to get a second opinion after a friend's recommendation. The previous specialist I saw tried to intimidate me into getting an implant and claimed with confidence that my tooth was fractured, without providing proper evidence. Dr. Thomas could have made a nice profit pulling out the tooth and replacing it with an implant, but instead she took x-rays, examined the tooth and concluded that the tooth was likely not fractured and that I just needed minor surgery to have the old root canal redone. She knew it would be tricky (I already had oral surgery on it 20 years prior, so it was a very old root canal that was always problematic), but she referred me to the best root canal surgeon she knew. She said that if anyone could do it, it would be Dr. James Reid. She was right. It's now just over a year later, and I haven't had any issues. I'm so happy that I didn't have to endure the inconvenience and cost of an implant that wasn't needed.

Dr. Thomas is the best periodontist I have had by far. She is friendly, caring and intelligent, takes the time to explain, and loves what she does. She took care of 2 implants with minimum pain and I had no issue afterwards. I very highly recommend her.

I went to Dr. Thomas to have two broken teeth removed. She was friendly, and professional and creates a relaxed environment. I experienced no pain during the procedure, and she asked several times if I was still having no pain to assure that it was painless. If I decide to have an implant I will for sure go back to Dr. Thomas for the implant
