Dr. Patel was fantastic, I was dreading the root canal and was surprised at how pleasant my experience was. The nurses and the reception team were all friendly. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Patel and the team at Schloss and Klein. Covid Update: I visited the clinic during COVID and I have to say they were taking all the measure necessary to assure a safe environment. I felt comfortable there.

I've had many dentists in NY, but Dr. Patel is a true gem and I wish I'd met her sooner! I first saw her to get a second opinion about a surgical procedure, and she took out time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and took care to explain the procedure and next steps in detail - she even created a little sketch note to better visualize! She gave me a much better understanding about the implications and the next steps ahead, in a way that left me reassured and empowered.

From someone that has a fobia of dental work, I was very lucky to have had Dr Patel as my provider; my first office visit resulted in a root canal and two crown replacements ! Though not a pleasant experience personally, Dr. Patel and her assistant were VERY patient and attentive to my comfort and ease during the procedure over 2-3 weeks. As I said, no other dental practitioner will do for me, even the partners in this office!

I went to Dr. Patel to have a second opinion on a major facial nerve pain that I already had a few dentist advise on and within minutes she conducted a full analysis and explained all in a complete, compassionate and proffessionalway and with in the appt she did some dental work that eliminated the excruciating pain I had which was diagnosed incorrectly by other dentists. I am so impressed and thankful to have such professionalism and intelligence at hand to solve this serious dental issue.
