Dr Mesia and his entire staff were very professional and empathetic during my treatment. I had some serious dental issues. Dr Mesia took his time and explain all the treatment options available to me. Never have I had a medical professional spend the amount of time explaining everything to me and ensuring that I was comfortable with the treatment decided upon. I just went for a routine check up because I haven’t had one in ages terrified of the dentist. Found out these guys are specialty group and not just regular dentist! The office staff and environment was awesome and trustworthy. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I actually needed way more work than just a simple cleaning and the doctor was caring enough to take the time to explain what I needed on what was normal and what wasn’t normal and what could happen if I chose to wait. The hygiene team was awesome and super Thorough. Fast and efficient….:: the only thing is I wish they had soda or at least diet soda in the lobby for the drink selection, but I guess is the dentist whatever….. other than that I will recommend this place to everyone that needs it

This is not your typical dental office! My experience with this Specialist and his entire office staff was 5 stars from the beginning when making my appointment to the post op care I received 2 wks later. This Doctor is passionate about his care. I was terrified when I was told the recommended treatment was extraction , adding bone and later an implant to replace the tooth. I immediately began to panic thinking I was never going to be able to afford the treatment being a single mom on a tight budget. I also was terrified at just the thought of having a tooth removed!!! The fees for my treatment and the actual treatment process was explained in depth. The fees for my services were even reduced as a courtesy because I did not have any dental insurance. The tooth has been removed and bone was added. Process was not terrifying at all. It was actually quite painless. I highly recommend this practice to everyone !!!!!

This review is for Dr. Ruben Messia review - very unprofessional and his duties fall below the standard of care. I paid him for the tooth extraction, bone graft, scar tissue and implant. Also, paid him $200.00 for the follow up for the implant (which is still unknown what he did, because he gets bother when you ask him). Final step, I paid for the custom abutment and the crown. When he replaced the crown, I noticed that the gum was very low and the crown looked petite, and the color didn't even match the other teeth. He stopped by 5 min and was in hurry, so he scheduled me another appointment after a week. When I went to his office and told him about my gum concern, he took the crown off and told me to go to another dentist to replaced it. I asked for the refund right away, but he said he'll pay later for the crown and the custom abutment. Whatever the insurance pay, is gone. Whatever damage he did to my gums, it will be another expense to fix it. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

This was one of the most horrifying experiences of my life. The Dentist speaks very poor English with such a strong accent that I couldn't understand a word he said. Secondly, charged me for MRI and Cat Scans which weren't covered by insurance because he said he couldn't do anything but implants on all my teeth that needed work. Lastly, I asked for an estimate and got a piece of paper with the cost for PREPARATION ONLY for ONE IMPLANT, The estimate didn't even cover the replacement tooth. This guy does nothing but try to push services that aren't covered by insurance and only wants to do implants. Run as fast as you can!
