Dr. Chang is very meticulous with detail. He’s precise and he has so much knowledge about oral care. He wants the best treatment process for you. If your treatment time is longer than expected, it is worth it to stay in your braces if he recommends so. He’s very caring, friendly, super personable, and is easy to talk to. His staff is always so friendly as you first enter the office. They all have beautiful smiles and treat you with compassion. Appointments were super easy and I never had problems getting in either same day or next day for emergency appointments - such as when my brackets broke. His office is one of the most high tech in the dental industry. Super clean and comfortable chairs. There is an area in the back where you can brush and freshen up if you are coming from other than your home. There is an entertainment/resting area in the back as well for children who are waiting. He also has an adjunct X-ray lab located directly downstairs from his office for ease of patients.
