Dr. Ryan Farnum, DDS

I had an extraction done on May 1. Dr. Farnum and his assistant were wonderful. The office staff, however, has a lot to be desired. I was not welcomed when I walked in to the office. I had to approach the desk when there were already two people behind the counter, no one made an effort to welcome me or ask me what I needed. I am on Medicare and the address was not on my card so she blurted out that she can’t submit a claim for me without an address so I said “well I guess I’ll call the phone number on the card for you” , I called and got the claim address, but they never submitted the claim on my behalf! very poor customer service in my opinion.

I have been a patient of Dr. Farnum for many years, and I recommend him to friends and family any chance I get. Both Dr. Farnum and his staff are kind, professional and absolutely wonderful. He was amazing when he did my implants. There was no pain, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. He also encouraged me to call him anytime I had a question or any discomfort. He is one of the most caring medical professionals I have ever known.

I had my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Farnum. The experience was very pleasant in the office, all of the staff were so nice. I recieved personal phone calls throughout the recovery period to see how I was doing. My surgery was tricky and Dr. Farnum spent the extra time he needed to on my teeth. This was the best experience I have ever had at a healthcare professionals office.
