Have gone to Dr. Frasco for general treatment, crowns and fillings, and cleaning for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable about dentistry, explains the procedure and always checks my pain threshold as needed. Dr. Frasco has a friendly and gentle demeanor which is reassuring and has a courteous and service-oriented staff. He had safe practices in place prior to the covid pandemic. Dr. Frasco succeeded my former dentist who retired and the transition was seamless. In all, I have been going to Kapahulu Dental Center for 50 years.

Not only is Dr. Frasco a skilled dentist with experience that ranges from general dentistry to emergency experience, he has assembled a skilled team. The hygienist cleans teeth with completeness and precision and with little pain, and the receptionist has full knowledge of insurance plans and coverage and can advise on optimum scheduling.
