Way too busy to care about patient!
Had appointment at 9:15 am, finally got back to room (supposedly) for root canal. Sat back there for over another hour. Doctor came in and tapped on my teeth and said I didn't need root canal. That was good news, but why did it take him over 2.5 hours to look at me. He by passed me to take care of others, how do you see that is fair. Weeks before appointment I asked if I was going to be charged a consulation fee, the staff said no. I am told to have my family dentist adjust my bite. I probably saw Dr. Greene for 3-5 minutes, if that. Yes I was charged a consultation fee of $120.00. What a joke!

Staff
Yesterday I had a visit at Greene Endodontics, and I had an awesome experience, but I did want to mention Shayla by name, she was very professional, caring, and very awesome to be around. And Dr. Greene even called me today to make sure I was OK. Thank you and God bless all the staff at Greene Endodontics.

Negative stars
If I could give negative stars I would. They are only focused on their image, it can look all nice and you can offer whatever you want but if your dentist is rude it makes for a negative experience.

Fantastic Endodontics dentist and staff!
I had a root canal at his office yesterday. I had dreaded it, but I was amazed at how painless it was. They made sure each step of the job was checked for my comfort. I would recommend him very highly! His staff was professional and kind. Elissa, who was with me the whole time and assisted Dr. Greene, was amazing too. Thank you both so much!!

I went to Dr Greene in January for a root canal that was under a new crown put on last summer. It took two hours and it hurt for a week. I have just gone to my regular dentist for the follow up to repair the crown and when they pulled the filler out my crown came off. I am very upset as I have lost the expense of a crown, the expense of a root canal, and now I have to pay to have the roots cut out. My dentist is a perfectionist and the base under the crown did not come back like she had done it. She called Dr Greene and he said it can happen. I never heard from him personally. Very expensive lesson to read reviews. So, I am not very happy.

Go somewhere else.
Husband went up for an appointment, arrived early. No one was at the front desk. He waited an hour before someone finally gave him paperwork to fill out. It was another hour and half before they actually started the procedure. Two and a half hours AFTER his initial appointment. The doctor was then rushing through an important procedure that I have no doubt we’ll have problems with later. Go elsewhere if you value your health!

A bad experience
I went to Dr Green , they care more about money than the patient, that's what happened to me. after the nurse finished doing the x-rays, Dr. Green came to start the treatment process. Dr. Green was going to start numbing the molar, but suddenly his nurse stopped him from working and first asked me for a 3D x-ray ($100) Dr. Green, I think if you need these x-rays why not order them before you start treatment? I think you are the one who decides whether or not you need an x-ray, not your nurse who decides, but when the nurse reminded you of a 3D x-ray, you smiled sarcastically and thought a regular x-ray was enough, but your nurse indirectly forced me to do this x-ray and then another nurse came and reminded you that I have to go to the office to pay the money first before I start treatment, I think it's a big mistake when you treat your patient this way I think you should take more care of your patient and I think you do not have the right to take the money first , thank you
