Spare yourself the anguish and millitant arrogance
I was fine with this millitant bully while his other prosthedontist, who's great, treated me. Dr. Bassas is not honest and gets easily heated and angry to the point of my wife being scared, having heard and dealt with people like that in her past. He'll never dare to admit he's wrong, but is sloppy with records and keeping appointments. His approach to sedation is completely undprofessional as well. Then he'll attempt to gaslight and make you cower. Bassas has so many elderly patients because they don't have much of a voice when Bassas extorts them, allegedly. This Dr. Basaas seems competent in medicine, but he's a typical bully overcharging - which my insurance confirms - then tries to scare you into submission or tell you 'you're imagining this, as are my receptionist and nurse.' Susie at recepption and the nurse are fantastic, and the only nice, caring, and competent people there.
