After years of having less than great experiences with other local dentists and their staff I have finally found my dental care home. This is my second time using this practice and both times I was treated with respect by the whole team, and I really appreciate how they take the time to go over what you may need and the options for the treatment plan. Dr. Rafailov is a very knowledgeable and skilled professional with excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him and this dental practice.

He seems to be a great dentist who is very knowledgeable. He works quickly once you are in the chair; however, I waited for 30 to 60 minutes for most of my visits. I do not like that. I even spoke to him about the wait time before too. I understand there are emergencies...every time I go though. It should not matter whether or not I am a regular patient or coming in for an emergency.
