I went to this dentist as a referral because I am new to the area. I scheduled an appointment and took my young child with me. After receiving x-rays, I made an appointment for me to have treatment done. The receptionist called me, and we discussed my insurance and what work would be done at my next scheduled appointment. I called the day of the appointment and was not only told that what we discussed wouldn't be done, but that an entirely different dentist would be doing part of the work (we discussed preferred dentist when I scheduled the visit). I informed the receptionist that I wanted to speak with the dentist, and she refused. I am a professional and was nothing but professional when explaining why I wanted to speak to the dentist. The receptionist informed me that I should go elsewhere and that she would not schedule an appointment. I was taken aback. I asked again about speaking with the dentist and asked if we could carve some time out before my next scheduled appointment so t

Dr.J is excellent, caring doctor. She is very gentle and professional. I have had the best experience with her. She has excellent staff. I give her 5 star ??

Dr. J is the best. She takes the time to explain what you need and what is best for you. She works with your budget and does not try to break the bank...you go Dr. J, you have a lifrtime client.

I believe my fear of going to the dentist has ended. I had a bad toothache and Dr. Jazaifar was recomended by my insurance company. She was very personable, explained my treatment options and gave me recommendations for future visits. Everyone from the reception to the back office made me feel comfortable about my visit.
