Never have met a rude office manager and an unexpecting rude doctor. I do not recommend here. First off, the manager, Karen, is really a Karen. If you know what I mean. She pretends she doesn't know what the the price to anything is, and demands your information first instead of giving information or helping you at all. She will say she has to call the insurance first and give you the pricing for anything. That I understand. When she calls back, she tells me the pricing. This is all ok, until you go to the office. She changes the pricing and looks down upon you like she is better than you. Now here comes the doctor. The doctor is equally rude. I don't know what his problem is, but he really needs to fix his attitude. The Karen, I think I can handle, but if the doctor is being equally rude as Karen....NOPE! Not coming back here every again! And this doctor was referred by another doctor I have seen! Wow...just wow...
