DR. MARKZAR HAS A NEW DR. IN THE OFFICE TO HELPS HIM ,AND WE WERE TOLD THE NEW DR. IS GOING TO DO THE WORK AND WILL BE IN TWO STEPS (1 &2). THE NEW DR. WHO IS VERY NICE & GENTEL , DID THE FIRST STEP AND SAID OKY WE ARE DONE, AND WE EXPLAINED THAT WE WERE TOLD THERE ARE TWO STEPS TODAY TO FINISH THE WORK SO HE CONFIRMED WITH DR. MARKZAR & SAID YES LETS DO THE LAST STEP AND FINISH THE JOB, AND SO WE DID. BUT LATER DR. MARKZAR ACCUSED ME OF INSULTING THE NEW DR. BY TELLIG HIM WHAT TO DO . I FELT VERY BAD AND I DID NOT APPRECIATE IT AT ALL TO BE BLAMED FOR MISS COMMUNACATION BETWEEN TWO WELL EDUCATED DOCTORS, WHO FIND IT EASIER TO PASS THE BLAME AND LOOK GOOD.

Horrible experience! If I could give a 0, I would. My father went in at the end of January for services from this office. The next day he had horrible tooth pain. Like BLARING PAIN. I have never heard this man complain in my life, but I can tell how bad his pain was because he complained and was bed written for days. He is 75 years old with many health complications, and should not be in this condition. He has been calling every day since then to ask the doctor to look and see what is causing his pain and he has been completely disregarded, and told he can come by in 2 weeks!!! after already waiting 1 week with unbearable pain. This office DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS. They don't care about the actual person. I am so disappointed by this experience and truly cannot believe they are just letting an elderly man sit in pain for weeks on end without any effort to help him or squeeze him in. Do not recommend at all!!!

As a new patient I’m obligated to introduce the most qualified implant specialist Dr. Sam Markzar to LA society.

He is one of the best Periodontics and trust me I have done a lot of dental work. You feel like you are at spa not a dental office. He is informative and explains the whole procedure and every step of the way. If you ever need a periodontics don't even think twice.

I never thought losing a tooth with be painless. The Doctor is magic and the staff is like family.

Dr. Markzar is one of the most gentle, caring and wonderful doctor i have yet to been too. Him and his staff were great in answering all of my questions, scheduling appoitments that worked with my busy work schedule and fantastic in adressing my concerns/ any questions I had. I would recommend Dr. Markzar and his staff to anyone looking for a creative and wonderful periodontist.

Dr. Markzar has been my dentist for 5 years. He has performed several procedures and all of them have been perfect. I highly recommend him for for implants.

I have been a pt of Dr. Markzar for over 1 year and he has most recently managed a tooth implant in the front of my mouth which is amazing. He is a true artist when it comes to the cosmetic dental work but more importantly he is a genuinely kind, caring professional who ALWAYS has that extra bit of time to explain the procedure and how to best care for the procedure. In addition to his amazing work, his staff is absolutely the most caring and professional group of individuals as well.

They did a deep cleaning for me that was not only excruciating as they treat your teeth more like a butcher than hygienist and the worse part is they have missed a lot of cleaning. Only two weeks later other dentists told me I need a teeth cleaning whoever did that they miss 65% of the job. The doctor is argumentative and refuse to accept they did bad. They cant even take the x-ray properly as they missed the roots, and above all they over bill base on the insurance quota.
