Dr. Samir Zakaria, DDS

At the end of June I made an appointment for July 11, 2024, as a new patient. They were closed the first week of July and I called them today, July 8,2024 to cancel. When I made the appointment, I had to pay 175.00 to secure an appointment. When I read that there was a 72 hour window that you could cancel before that time or pay 75.00 per half hour of the exam. time. I thought that was a bit excessive so I called today, July 8 to cancel and seeing as I was not coming in I requested a refund. The receptionist informed me that because I was over the 72 hours(just barely) that they would not refund my money. So I essentially gave them 175.00 for no exam. I am not a wealthy woman and 175.00 is 2 weeks of groceries for me.So beware of this practice. They have no heart.

Dr. Zakaria is the best dentist I have ever had. He is very professional and is an expert in dental implants. I asked if he would consider handling routine dental work and his said that he only wanted to do implants and be the best in his field. I highly recommend Dr. Zakaria if you need implants because I feel my experience is what he strives to give all his patients. You will not be disappointed and you will appreciative him as I did. I went to Dr. Zakaria by referral from my regular dentist for an implant consultation. Following the consultation I agreed to make an appointment for the implant surgery. I had to cancel the surgery appointment due to the fact that I did not have the funds to pay for this very expensive procedure. The $500 deposit that I paid was never refunded. I ended up with a different dentist to do the implant for less than 50% of the cost. Do not use this dentist. He is not ethical in his business practice.

I got a second opinion and learned that he inflated the numbers on the gum tissue exam. I was told by him that I had severe gum disease and later learned that I did, indeed, NOT have it. He was pushing implants.

Excellent dental care. Dr. Zakaria is the premier expert in dental implants. Compassionate, gentle care. Ancillary staff is wonderful! Highly recommended

Very pleased with the process and results Dr.Zakaria provided. He is extremely competent and professional. His knowledge and experience is quite impressive. Took his time answering all my questions. Was available 24/7 if needed. His office and staff are top-notch. I definitely recommend his service.

Dr Zakaria is an awesome dentist with great credentials and a great office staff. I just completed my third implant with Dr Zakaria with very little or no discomfort. He is very thorough and follows up closely to ensure that the implant process and healing is on track. He genuinely cares about his patients. I was told I was going to lose my front teeth. The dentist wanted to take them out and put implants. Dr. Zakaria saved my front teeth and they look great. He is kind, patient and gentle. I give him FIVE STARS. Highly recommended

This man is rude, and provided very poor service. He didn't listen to my questions very well and he answered them in a very rude and unprofessional way. I would never use him again or call his office. I left there with one of the worst experiences of my life. I will never recommend him to anyone else

I will definitely recommend Dr. Zakaria. I damaged my tooth when I was 12 and it never healed . Dr. Zakaria has implanted bone material , and a dental implant and I feel I have a beautiful smile that will last me my entire life.

When I lived in Michigan I worked next door at ASONS Construction. I think your business bought our property. Anyways one day I was working and I had an horrible tooth ache. I can't remember if it was infected or what but this man right here took care of everything and I don't think I would have made it without him. I had my tooth taken out and felt so good I even went to work the next day. Awesome dentist right here. I would recommend him to anyone. He Rocks Out Loud!!!

Dr Zakaria performed the impossible! Most importantly he and assistant Marcy made sure I was comfortable at all times. His care extended beyond the office, calling and checking on me at home after each procedure. Highly recommended!

My dentist recommended me to Dr. Zakaria for an implant consultation. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions, as I had never gotten an implant before. The whole process was very overwhelming to me but after speaking both with him and my dentist, I realized it was the best option for me. I've been in a lot of dental offices over my lifetime, and Dr Zakaria knows what he is talking about. He was so detailed in his explanation and I feel comfortable having him do my implants.
