Rip off. I was treated by Samira at Soft Touch Dentists in Washington DC for a regular dental cleaning, and they charged my insurance several thousand dollars. They did not inform me that x-rays would cost over 1000 after insurance, otherwise I would have just given them my old dentist's phone number. They also charged my wife hundreds more for a free consultation.

I am new to D.C. area and have been looking for a dentist that I feel comfortable with. I think I finally found one. Dr. Shenasi and her practice will be my dentist office to go from now on. Very courteous, professional and mindful of my special needs and dental anxieties that I have.

I am not satisfied with the services performed by the dentist, i think her medical performance was very week. I visited her office for the first time last week and I still suffer from sensitivity and pain.

Dr.Shenasi was very unprofessional, I feel the treatment she gave me was not for my best interest. She only wanted to make money. I visited Soft Touch Dentist one time and will not go back again. bad experience. the waiting time was less than 10 minutes because they don't have any patients.

Dr. Shenasi and her staff have been so nice to me. I'm not an easy patient, and had a very bad experience with my previous dentist but she is very gentle, kind and soft-spoken. I started my treatment with her, I was very comfortable and everything went well as she had expected.

I brought my son that fell and broke three of his teeth as an emergency patient to Dr. Shenasi at soft touch on a sat. We were new to DC. The whole office was so helpful and Dr. Shenasi and her assistants took care of my son. Treatment took about three weeks but end result was just great. Thanks for all you did .
