Dr. Samuel Barther, DDS

Our family has gone to Dr. Barther for several years now and we have no complaints about him or his staff. The complaint comes with his change in being in network with insurance. July 2018 we receive a statement from his office with a letter explaining that effective Sept 2018 he would not be in network with any insurance co. The letter should have stated effective 1/1/19 I will be in network with the following ..... insurance companies so you could make changes during open season in Dec.

I have been going to see Dr. Barther for a few years. He is by far my favorite dentist - and I think a lot of that has to do with the staff. The ladies at the front desk always remember me and greet me by name as soon as I come in and the oral hygienist takes her time on my teeth and does a great job of explaining. They are also big on preventative health and I like that as well.

I've been seeing Dr Barther for many years and I have yet to have one complaint. His staff is wonderful and he has always treated me with kindness and respect. I recently changed jobs, but this is the one doctor I don't plan on changing.

I went into Dr. Barther's office 15-20 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork. The waiting room was empty. I waited for close to 30 minutes then told them that I was leaving as no one even bothered to let me know why they were late or how much longer they would be. When I called later to speak with the office manager, she told me that a pt. had shown up late. During our conversation, she ended up hanging up on me. Very unprofessional office.
