Was a great relationship for years before Dr. Sandyha decided to discontinue great customer service by not accommodating my always busy schedule to complete my clear braces contract. Wanted me to pay more money in addition to the $5K that I had already paid because my contract change date had come due to the back and forth with our schedules. Highly disappointed that they couldn’t take all of 15 min on a Saturday to keep this once loyal patient happy! ?
