Our family has been seeing Dr. Fuller and her wonderful staff for over 20 years, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the care we’ve received. Dr. Fuller is not only highly skilled and professional, but she also brings a warmth and personal touch that truly sets her apart. She takes the time to explain procedures and always makes sure we’re comfortable and informed. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring—it feels more like visiting friends than going to the dentist. I was really pleased with the service and care that I received from the moment I walked into the office. The receptionist was friendly and explained what the visit entailed. Shelley was friendly, professional and explained everything she was going to do before and as she completed each step, while ensuring your comfort during each. I never felt rushed. She and Dr. Fuller took the time to listen to my symptoms and from there were able to devise a specific treatment plan for me. Dr. Fuller did a comprehensive exam and gave me great tips for caring for the TMJ symptoms as well as explaining why my ear, neck and shoulder pain were all related to the TMJ. I am thankful for my dentist referring me to Dr. Fuller.

Dental hygienist was thorough but gentle. Gave instructions and education as she went through the cleaning procedure and application of fluoride treatment.

51 year patient here! First, you are greeted by Tina & Jennifer at the reception desk. They have an infinite knowledge base, and take their time to help you in anyway to facilitate your visits, & always with a smile!Emily, or another great dental assistant will then personally make sure you are as comfortable and, “heard,” regarding all concerns you may have & addresses them all while making sure that you remain as cozy as possible. As for Drs. Fuller & Langdon- they are truly the Very Best you could ever find. I have had the kindest and the best possible dentists one could ever expect. They are extremely knowledgeable, make sure that you are fully informed by going over every option you may have, they are very gentle, and truly CARE about each patient & what’s in their best interest. First the people are awesome and very welcoming. Place looks amazing and Dr. Fuller takes the time to explain everything in detail. From my research she is the best in Greensboro when it comes to sleep study and helping people who do not do well with the cpap machine. Also has a dental practice as well which is also great so can get everything done at one practice. Cannot go wrong for either service or both. Exceptional practice all the way around.

Dr. Fuller was very thorough in investigating medical history and examination to evaluate condition and determine potentially underlying causes for tinnitus and fascial muscle pain. She is a true investigator looking for solutions. Dr. Fuller also does a very good job in explaining condition and treatment options so that you can understand and includes you as the patient in decision making.

Everyone involved in this practice is very nice and very competent. It’s all good. What’s not to like? Nothing! Highly recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr Fuller’s since she took over the practice from Dr Lily. She provides excellent dental and cosmetic restoration. Her front office staff and Dental hygienists are very competent at their jobs. She diagnosed my mild sleep apnea. Her staff on the sleep apnea side are extremely concerned about how the sleep apnea appliances are fitted and accomplish their desired results. This dental and sleep apnea office has always exceeded my expectations.
