This dentist is very rude and have no costumer skills whatsoever ..to have a dentist talk to a person the way they did is unacceptable and I don’t recommend any one to get work done here it’s not ok for the service I was provided and the staff needs to be properly trained

The moment they found out i have Medical, their treatment of me as a person changed to a third grade citizen. I have Medical and Doctor Sandra Lara was listed as a doctor that accepts that insurance. It turned out, she doesn't. Even tho they are listed on the Medical site, they don't cover anything under medical (not even Xrays). The dismissive way they treated my case with out even seeing me in person wasn't right. I am a human being, and just because i can't afford expensive insurance it doesn't mean I should be treated like am asking for a hand out. Shame.

I was trying to schedule an appointment, but they only contacted me through text message. Never spoke with them over the phone or returned my call. It would’ve been greatly appreciated to contact me back via phone.

I have had 3 root canals with Dr Lara.She has done an excellent job every time.She is also kind and gentle.The staff are very efficient and friendly.The office is always spotless so much so that I even felt very comfortable going during Covid.

I'm a patient with epilepsy who was referred to Sandra Lara because she accepts my insurance. We discussed my epilepsy more than once during the 1st meeting. Sandra Lara took X-rays, discussed the procedure and made another appointment. I returned today for my double root canal on teeth broken during a seizure, and she told me that she couldn't see me because of my seizures. This is after admitting me and I'm sure they billed my insurance for my appointment today. So she got two appointments out of me and then then told me that she wouldn't do the procedure. By the time I get an appointment with another dentist from my short list, get X-rays etc., I will likely lose the teeth.

A very sweet and gentle dentist. As a side note, the office is always nice and clean.

Office receptionist Cindy, who you must get through to book appointments, is vindicitve and plays games. She put me on hold several times, pass me off to her Mexican cleaner (Oops), told me to call back "next week", all because I arrived 15 mins late and she lectured me all day. Ok, I got it. After all and evaluation she finally lied about being able to treat me, and then called and said she cannot. Why be fake and lie, just say no in the beginning. **Avoid**.

Dr. Sandra Lara is petite lady with very small hands, which works well for people like me who have very small mouths. She's attentive and answers any question asked. She assumed Dr. Haas practice last September and I have enjoyed the change. I recently had a tooth fall out (nothing to do with her), and she immediately booked an appointment for me, then upon seeing what was happening, referred me to an implant specialist who saw me the following day.

Dr Lara is kind, efficient and caring. She is Spanish speaking and fluent in English. The office has no frills, but that is often what you pay for. My family is private pay and she is very resonable and offers cash discounts. Dr Lara listens and takes time to make you comfortable. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
