Dr. Sandro Popelka, DDS

The office was clean and up to date, and the office staff was friendly. My cleaning went perfectly with the hygienist, and the dentist himself said my teeth looked great and it was very obvious I wanted to keep my own teeth. I passed with flying colors! HOWEVER...a couple weeks later I went into the office again for my "Treatment Plan Meeting" which he encourages for all patients and is"free". His employee showed me a chart where Dr. Popelka said I needed 2 fillings and a root canal. He also said I had an infection in the molar that needed a root canal and prescribed an antibiotic. I requested that my x-rays be emailed to me, and I got 2 other opinions. Neither of them saw any of the things Dr. Popelka claims to have seen. One of my second opinion dentists called and asked Dr. Popelka a number of questions to clarify his reasons for the treatment plan. He lied to cover his incompetence/false diagnoses. He told the second doctor that he performed tests on my molar, which DID NOT do.

Amazing Team, Dr. Popelka explained everything and helped me understand what is going on in my mounth and why the treatment is necessary. Very kind and professional Office. Highly recommend them!

I went there because they take my insurance, and I hate the dentist and I prefer to be sedated. They were nice, but told me I needed 14 crowns. I asked what my other options were. I was told I had no other options and I was looking at a $10000 or more bill. When I explained that is not something I can afford I was told to use my tax refund. I called a few days later to talk to the dr who was to busy to speak with me, and was told again I had no other options, I needed to take antibiotics, and get these fixed ASAP. I would need to come in four different times to do each quad of my mouth... and so on. I decided to go get some different options. Both of the other places, told me I didn't have an infection, didn't need antibiotics, and I didn't need any crowns, that I was looking at 8 fillings. This place is a joke and only out to take your money. I suggest getting a second or third opinion. Glad I did.

Over the last three years Dr. Popelka has fixed 10 of my teeth. Crowns, root canals, fillings and now an implant. Him and the office staff have become like family to me. He is an absolute master at administering novacaine. Most of the time I don't even feel it. He is an excellent dentist with many awards. I highly recommend him and the entire practice.

I have been going to Dr. Popelka now for about 9 months. It had been a long time since I had taken care of my teeth and have had to have extensive work done. I am extremely pleased with everything that has been done in the office. Dr. Popelka and the staff are willing to really take time with you to explain everything and are up front about costs. I have already recommended them to a few people. Everyone does their best to make you comfortable.

i have had excellent care and very patient of my phobia of going to the dentist. I would definitely reccomend him His staff is the best. Jackie and Anna are wonderful with scheduling and billing questions.

Finally getting better. The only issue is it would be nice to get an apology when the office is wrong. I sure would admit a mistake. Just pay your bill after the EOB comes in or you may constantly have a large overpayment.

I have a hyperactive gag reflex which has made dental work extremely challenging and very unpleasant for the majority of my life. For several years, I went to a dentist/anesthesiologist who used full general anesthesia in order to be able to get even the simplest procedures done. This was super expensive and not covered by insurance. I found Dr P and have had nothing but great experiences with his conscious sedation methods. He and his staff are true professionals and are super friendly!

Dr. Popelka and staff provide excellent service. I have never been disappointed in the service they give. Any procedures that I have needed have been expertly and flawlessly administered. I highly recommend Dr, Popelka to all my friends.

Dr. Popelka and his staff are very informative and we feel very comfortable and very cared for each and every time we have a dental visit. Dr. Popelka is gentle and kind and the things I needed to have done were I had no pain and beautiful perfect results. The Staff is amazing there!
