Appreciate her honesty and care
Dr. Connell is a fantastic dentist. She recommended work that I needed and also made recommendations for additional cosmetic work that I've always been insecure about. Of course we prioritized the health and safety aspect but it feels good knowing I can talk to her about my insecurities too. I never felt shamed and she takes the time to explain things to me.

This dentist was very rude and immediately scheduled 7 visits for treatment for thousands of dollars. When I asked to see radiographs of supposed bad crowns, she asked me when I learned to read radiographs, twice. She does not relate to patients, only the treatment she thinks is needed, without any regard to what the patient wants.
