I have been seeing Dr. Herd for some time however, there is turnover in her office in particular with her dental hygienists. In the past she has had good hygienists but the current hygienist is below par. On my last visit she insisted on using an ultrasound machine on my teeth despite the fact that they are sensitive to that. She stated that because I was late (eight minutes) that an ultrasound machine had to be used and did not ask why I was against using it. She kept on insisting on that despite the fact I refused three times. I stood up and left the chair and office without having my teeth cleaned and without the dental hygienist, Liz offering to clean my teeth manually.

Do not waste your time, she's very dishonest!! Will not make the proper diagnosis......she's the devil and not trustworthy at all!!!! Be aware of this fake snake. Wish no star was an option, she's not worthy of one star.
