Made appt the lady that took appt was a space cadet. Couldn't get spelling, dates, times right. Never text new patient forms. And we show up for appts. Doors are locked. No one inside. Unprofessional

I had my first appointment with Dr. Mekonnen yesterday and I will be back! They answered all my questions over the phone, it was easy to make an appointment, the staff were friendly, and the facility looks absolutly great. Lori made me feel very comfortable and was so kind to me. I have already recommended them to my family and friends!

Wow. Just wow. This place far exceeded my expectations. The theme here is equal parts professional and comforting. Front desk: both welcoming and efficient. Dental technician: impossibly top-notch and kind. And Dr. Sarah is just so incredibly light-hearted, empathetic, and vastly skilled at her craft. I've been a patient at Crystal Clear Dental for a couple of years now, and I've been extremely happy with the service I've received. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating, and the hygienist that does my cleaning is very thorough yet efficient. My appointments have always run on time as well, which is important for me since I'm usually taking time away from work. I also recently had an old crown replaced and I was very impressed with Dr. Mekonnen She was incredibly thorough and made me feel as comfortable throughout the process. I've been so pleased as a patient here, and I couldn't imagine a reason to go anywhere else.

I am so happy with my first visit here! I am a pretty nervous to see a dentist I've never liked going, but all of the staff were super friendly and made me feel at ease every step of the way. I loved the variety of music they played throughout the office and how clean it was. They ran through my treatment plan with me and made me feel confident about the next steps to get my smile where I want it to be. I feel like everything was explained really well to me and they created a comfortable environment where I felt like I could ask as many questions as needed. I booked my next appointment before I left. Definitely going to recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Crystal Clear Dental offers dental sedation. And that’s a blessing for me because I can’t tolerate any type of dental pain while at the dentist. The entire staff are very nice and treat you like family the minute you walk in the door. The dentist, the assistants, the hygienists everyone it’s just so nice and I cannot say enough about this dental office. If you’re looking for a great dental office from the front office staff to the doctor and her staff, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

This dentist office is the BEST! I usually go to the one on old hickory blvd but they’re in the process of moving so they sent me here to Smyrna and when i tell you i left felling amazing even after getting a filling done once again... Dr Sarah and her staff are amazing! Anna helped me with directions and even greeted me with open arms when i walked in. I couldn’t be more happier . I love this dentist office and you should too! My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now and we’ve had excellent care. Dr. Sara went above & beyond to help me with dental work that would have been a huge financial hardship for me. She fixed my teeth and I paid an amount that was affordable for me..living on social security you have to watch your pennies. I just can’t say enough. I’m truly grateful for Dr. Sarah and her team!

First of all, Dr. Mekonnen and the staff she has assembled here are some of the best trained and smartest professionals I've ever met. They employ the most advanced, forward-thinking yet cost practical technologies. And on top of that, they are super transparent, easy to work with and fun to be around. They are firing on all cylinders here, and I feel very fortunate that I stumbled upon this practice through my corporate dental care program by sheer luck.

I called Dr. Mekonnen office with a concern on Monday evening and was greeted by a friendly and empathetic employee. Not only did she accommodate me based on my schedule, she also allowed me to speak with Dr. Mekonnen to address my problem which eased my apprehension about going to a new dentist. there was 10 mints a wait time, it was well worth it because Dr. Mekonnen showed great care and the time to explained everything she was doing while she was doing it. I was extremely satisfied. I highly recommend Crystal Clear Dental!!!
