Dr. Sarah Northcott, DMD

Dr. Northcott and her staff are highly professional and through the course of several visits, did a great job installing my implant and crown. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Every aspect of the current and future procedures were explained in great detail. Dr. Sarah has wonderful patient interaction, and kept the discomfort to a minimum. I would highly recommend Dr. Northcott to anyone requiring Perio services.

The procedure went very well, and the outcome was excellent. The staff was accommodating, and answered all my questions. While oral surgery is not fun, Dr. Northcott and staff made the process as smooth as it could possibly be.

I called Dr. Northcott with questions about a procedure she had performed. She did not come to the phone; nor did she return my call at a later time. Instead, her assistant repeatedly stated that the doctor had completed the work needed. I felt very "dismissed." The doctor did follow up by sending a formal letter to me, outlining her treatment over time. It felt a very uncaring response to a patient with questions in follow-up to a recent procedure. I will not darken her doorstep again, and will seek a periodontist with a more patient-centered approach for my ongoing care.

DR. NORTHCOTT a periodontist in Ofallon, MO is by far the most inconsiderate and rude doctor I have ever been to. NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE! Not to mention some of the staff there are ignorant. Dr. Northcott provides one of the best dental experiences I've had! Offering IV sedation for my gum graft and dental implants made the procedures comfortable. The results were amazing! A great Doctor and a great staff! So glad to have an office like this in O'Fallon, MO!

THIS PLACE APPARENTLY TAKES NO INSURANCE PLAN NETWORKS - Fails to let you know this information when you book and appointment and fails to let you know even after they get your insurance information. I have never in my life encountered such a place. If you call and if a doctor's office your insurance information. They should know if they are in network or not. Since you give them your information and they call and check. But this place assumes after calling your insurance company that you don't

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Northcott and staff. Very patient and thorough. Dr. Northcott's experience and extensive knowledge regarding implants and gum surgery is top notch. I had a very difficult case and it was executed with ease by Dr. Northcott. I would recommend Dr. Northcott to everyone.
