Dr. Sarah Payne, DDS

I left 3 messages and no returned call for apptmt for teeth cleaning but i like sarah but my suggestion she hires another receptionist Very unprofessional to not answer your phone

I have had an abscess in my gums for over 2 weeks and have tried too many times to count to contact someone in this office including leaving multiple messages for 3 days in a row and have yet to receive a response or call back. With the high prices people pay for dentistry you would think this office would have a live receptionist. If you are going to have a voicemail set up to take your calls then There’s no excuse for not returning the calls that have left messages. Too bad there wasn’t an option to leave If I minus review because 1 star is too many. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

What a delight my first visit was! Thanks to Sally the receptionist, Corey the hygienist and Dr Sarah for their personable and professional reception. The office is immaculate and so well laid out with the latest advances in dental technology - the imaging equipment is top of the line as are the other resources used for treatment - no cramped cubicles or clutter of any kind. All major dental insurance is accepted; and better yet, Dr Sarah is an ‘in network’ dentist for AARP United Healthcare dental coverage - including the UHC Medicare Advantage dental plans. This experience was both joyful & “Payne free”. My search for a new dentist ended with complete success - if you are searching for one, give Sally a call.

Excellent services provided..

For me and i been recommending Dr. Payne to all my friends and Co-Workers and i do work at an Army Installation that has at least 4,000 employee's. To me she is the best - Perfectionist when it comes to our teeth, glad that she opened her own practice on Texas Blvd. She knows me as Rico Suave on my FB Account - but its Rick Lopez. So if you want the best - Go see Dr. Sarah Payne.
