Dr. Proulx and her staff did everything right. I felt I was in good hands from the start. Such a relief being new in the community and a retired dental hygienist myself! My procedure was painless and comfortable including the injections. Everything including financial was explained beforehand in a friendly way. The Dr examined me and did my procedure when I came in with my husband for his post operative check to save us a trip. She and her staff are thoughtful, professional, and eager to please.

I was an unscheduled emergency patient. I was treated in a kind and professional manner. I was worked into the busy schedule as well as could be expected since I did not have an appointment. The treatment rendered was excellent. Thank you.
