Great private practice dentist and staff
I prefer and trust private practitioners over chain-operated medical facilities. Dr. McClaren and his friendly, helpful and conscientious staff is all I could hope for. His is an excellent clean facility with long-term employees who remember my name. Dr. McClaren is a top-notch, gentle dentist who, over the years I have been his patient, has upgraded his equipment and practice. I feel fortunate being in his care.

Dental care is fine, but $$$! Been with them 7 yrs & made many referrals. They've been clear they expect full cash $ immediately, but don't reciprocate. I'll get the $ they owe me when they get to it.They know my $ situation is serious, due to job loss from illness.COBRA is active, yet ofc continues to refuse to verify benefits via phone and return $ they owe me. Care is fine. Compassion & ethics re: payment issues - not so much. I'm done with them. Hygienists are A+. Wish I could c them. :-(
