Dr. Scott Nagel, DMD

Dr Nagel was horrible to my wife. He was rough, rude, didn't explain what needed to be done and the cost thoroughly. This doctor is the most greedy, sick person I ever met. I could tell all he was trying to do was over diagnose. We've done so many treatments to make better what he has done to us. There are so many amazing specialists in charlotte, do not go to him!

Scheduled 2 kids for Cleaning, waited 1 month to see Dentist. Arrived for Appts. numerous XRAYS Done on both kids but NO CLEANING!! I was told to come back in 2 MONTHS! If you couldn't clean My kids teeth, WHY DIDN'T THEY INFORM ME OF THAT FACT PRIOR TO or UPON MY ARRIVAL ???!!!

Avoid at all cost. This is a turn and burn clinic made up of temporary staff. They damaged a nerve that travels to my lip, and I am stuff suffering from pain, weeks later. I urge you, don't use this clinic, keep looking for someone who is actually ethical.

In short, Dr. Nagel's office unethically recommended invasive and expensive work that I did not need (fillings and root planings) while failing to recommend work that should have been done but would have resulted in the money going to an oral surgeon instead of Dr. Nagel's office (removing impacted wisdom teeth). I presented to Dr. Nagel's office as a new patient, asymptomatic, for a routine cleaning. I became suspicious when they started the visit by telling me I need to come in every three m

The staff at this practice is not consistent. A new dental hygienist sees me every time i go for a new appointment and that is a red flag for me. I don't feel comfortable in this type of practice. My last visit was horrible, after 30 minutes wait , no one knew what i was there for, there was no dental hygienist scheduled to see me. It was a mess. I voiced my opinion and a week later I received a notice in the mail saying that they are dropping me due to the way I treated the staff. Funny.......
