Be careful of this service provider. They will try to sell you some treatment which doesn't have coverage as they claimed. On 2/2/2019, my son had a office visit for regular check. After the check, Dr. Scott strongly encouraged us to do sealant treatment and confidently told us it is fully covered by the insurance. We initially refused for this kind of treatment but was eventually convinced by him. Yes, free treatment, maybe with some benefit, why not! But later we received a bill from them said

Having visited a few other local pediatric dentists without finding a comfortable match, we visited Dr. Ngai based on a friend's recommendation and couldn't be happier. Dr. Ngai's experience shows through his communication and his knack with kids. His staff is top-notch - scheduling and billing have always been seamless. I'm glad we've found a dentist we look forward to seeing, and can recommend to others.

Above and beyond kid dentist service. Kindness and they involve the kids in each step. I don't feel pressured into procedures and they take their time to explain to the kids and adults pros and cons. ?? Dr Scotty and Mairi and all the staff front and back. They are kind, considerate, use auto texting software to remind us what's next for appts and our absolutely favorite. Office is set up for kids from Lego and video games to tv to distract them and sunglasses for sensitive eyes. Great office
