Very frustrating. Front office was confused about my computer information even though I’ve been coming there for years. I made my appointment a week ago and they couldn’t find any record of it. They did take me to see Dr although it did take about 45 minutes.

I have seen 4 different dentists in Dr Gassett’s office and have had very pleasant experiences with all of them. The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient, and the office’s business hours are perfect for my work schedule. Their level of care is very much apparent and appreciated.

I tried one other dentist before when we moved here about 2 1/2 years ago and that was not a good experience. Then I found Dr Gassett at Apollo Beach Dental Excellence and my husband and I have been going here ever since. They are very honest and don't try and sneak services in that you don't know about. I see Missy every four months for a cleaning and she is wonderful. Very friendly yet still professional. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone.

Very nice staff that make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Gassett is very knowledgeable and has a great chairside manor. The facility is state of the art and immaculately clean.

The Doctor and the staff was excellent! He and she both took the time to understand and convey exactly what was wrong. I myself have been neglectful of my dental needs and care but having come from today’s meeting I am novitiate to better care for myself.

This establishment is the one and only dentist I have been to since I moved to Florida. His team is courteous, professional, and personable. I never was fearful of dentist visits. I have to say, something about the synergy in that office make it a delightful trip!

The quality of care exceeds my expectations. The attention to detail is amazing. The Dentist and the assistants are highly knowledgeable, respectful, thoughtful and caring. They make going to the dentist as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
