Although Dr. Najaran is polite and friendly... she permanently hurt my tooth or nerve or whatever. I cant bite properly, chew gum or sleep well.
I know mistakes happen, however this was a permanent one.
when I brought it to her attention, that's when everything went wrong. Not only did she deny having any culpability, but she does insisted that you was too busy to talk to me. All I wanted was an I'm sorry. this speaks highly of her character, unwilling to apologize and admit fault.
