While seeking emergency dental care for my son, I was seen by this dentist. She did not remove the infection/abscessed/bubble-affected tooth on the first visit (and didn't refer to the issue by the same name once, either), and was incredibly dismissive- stating that she doesn't see children, pushing braces repeatedly but not even explaining the procedure she was doing. We ended up leaving with me in tears, and a kid with a bloody mouth, not having received care, and no explanation of what to expect next. Medically negligent. Avoid at all costs.

I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Dr. Borders as a patient of Aspen Dental. My first encounter was a patient consult on 9/14/16 at Aspen Dental. Dr. Borders supposedly "reviewed" my xrays and after that was done, she stated that she would be able to extract my tooth. The extraction was scheduled for 9/15/16 @ 5:00. Needless, the procedure was unsuccessful. Due to lack of concern for the patient & poor judgment, I was referred to an another dr. to clean up her mess.
