Dr. Seuss Kassisieh, DDS

Our daughter had braces with this doctor for 4+ years. Upon removing the braces, we (not doctors) and many of our friends noticed that she is not done with the treatment. As we were not satisfied with the results after paying almost double the amount, we met to Dr to share our concern. He was rude, reluctant to address the issue and suggested that we get a second opinion. As per his recommendation, we got a second opinion from another doctor which confirmed that she needs braces for another year. When we shared the report with Dr.Suess, his only recommendation is to pull 4 teeth's from a 14th year old and grind all the teeth's. He acted with no empathy and bullied my daughter saying she needs speech therapy but you know teens.. they don't put up with such nonsense and she has to give him back. But she was very upset with his behavior and was unhappy about it. Now we are asking to reimbursement so we can continue treatment somewhere but they are dragging for almost 8 months now.

The office is a 5 star experience from the minute you walk in. Dr. Seuss and his team are exceptional. I would highly recommend the office.

This charlatan of an orthodontist immediately dragged two of our kids into the back room to slap braces on them while my wife was doing an initial consult. Our 17 year old wasn't even supposed to be getting braces on, he was ready for a retainer. Dr. Seuss lied to us about his conversation with our previous orthodontist, saying that they agreed he needed braces, when in fact our previous orthodontist said he did not need braces. We are still getting bills from Dr. Seuss months.

Dr. Seuss purchased the existing practice of Dr. Pearson in Ahwatukee. My son began treatment here two months ago. This first phase of treatment was estimated to take six months. I have now been billed three times for the amount I agreed to. Now that I have brought the issue to the attention of the office staff, they are very slow in offering any resolution and are unwilling to schedule any more appointments for my son until we agree to the next phase of treatment. Stay away from this office

Dr. Seuss and the staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable! I feel comfortable knowing my child's teeth will be well taken care of !

Amazing staff, always on time with appts, relaxing environment for child and adult, always encouraging the child and doing cool activities and promotions !
